Ingredients
1 cup whole milk, divided
50 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp corn starch
Whipped cream for serving
Directions
Step 1
Heat 3/4 cup milk over medium until it starts to steam.
Step 2
Whisk in the dark chocolate and sugar. Continue to stir until the chocolate melts.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch. Add to the hot chocolate and stir occasionally until thickened.
Step 4
Serve in a mug with whipped cream. Enjoy!
