Ingredients

½ cup honey

2 jalepeno peppers, thinly sliced

4 slices bacon, cooked & choped

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 roll puff pastry

1 egg, beaten

Directions

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375F

Step 2

Slice puff pastry into 6 equal size rectangles

Step 3

On the baking sheet layer a spoonfull of honey, a few thinly sliced jalepenos, a few pieces of chopped bacon, a pinch of cheddar cheese and a puff pastry rectangle. Press down the edges of the puff pastry and brush with the beaten egg. Repeat 6 times.

Step 4

Bake for 18-20 mins. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
